Sour Cream/ Orange Marmalade sauce for Teriyaki
Atlantic Salmon ...
- Recipe by David Knittle - copyright Aug. 15, 2017
The sauce goes over the cooked Teriyaki Skinless
Atlantic Salmon. The sauce is not cooked with it.
This is my recipe for Sour Cream/ Orange Marmalade
jelly sauce for skinless Teriyaki Atlantic Salmon.
(Note: sauce can be for plain cooked salmon.)
- 1/2 cup Knudsen sour cream.
- 4 teaspoons Marmalade jelly.
- Dash of Sage.
Note: For this sauce taste for sweetness as you
add the Marmalade to the sour cream. Do not make
too sweet. Create a balance. Sweetness should not
dominate.
Mix all in ingredients in a bowl.
Heat the mixture in microwave and pour on the
finished/cooked dish of salmon.

The All American Cooking Club Saute'ed Zucchini With Sour Cream and Dill ....
From David Knittle. Here's a recipe I created
today 11/8/15
Cut Zucchini in relatively thin pieces.
Melt 2 Tablespoons butter (or use Olive oil)
in a frying pan.
Toss the Zucchini in the melted butter- heated
pan, and brown it well on one side. Do not turn
over Zucchini, cook only on the one side.
The Zucchini should not be soft when taking it out
of the pan, but have a firmness to it.
Place Zuccchini in serving bowls, top with
a Tablespoon of Knudsen sour cream on
each serving of Zucchini. Use more sour cream
depending on the amount Zucchini you sautee.
Sprinkle the sour cream with dill.

Dave's California Zucchini, Garbanzo Bean, and Grape Tomato salad
15.5 oz Goya brand premium garbanzo beans
1 large zucchini
10 grape tomatoes
'Newman's Own' ceasar salad dressing
~ Cut zucchini lengthwise twice and then
cut into 4ths.
~ Cut grape tomatoes in half.
~ Rinse Garbanzo beans in can.
~ Put all ingredients in bowl, including garbanzo
beans.
Note: Goya brand garbanzo beans are a good choice
because they come with onions. If you don't want
onions in the salad you can choose another brand.
Serve with Newman's Own' ceasar dressing.

'20 - 6 -10 Bratwurst' cooked in beer, w/ sauerkraut seasoned with sugar and nutmeg on side...
Ok, I can't claim this recipe as my own. It's awesome. I
received this recipe from an Albertson's meat dept. guy
in 2014 when I asked him how to cook Bratwurst. So
here goes!
-1- 5 pack of Bratwurst, any brand.
-2 bottles of Miller light beer in bottles.
(Note: The Albertson's butcher said this is the
best beer to use out of the others he's tried.)
-Klaussen Sauerkraut from Albertson's- The best flavor!
-Nutmeg. (for Sauerkraut.)
-Sugar. (for Sauerkraut.)
Place the 5 Bratwurst in a pan.
Pour two bottles of Miller lite beer into the pan.
Heat to a boil and semi cover 2/3, Boil for 20 minutes.
Grill on stove-top grill for 6 minute, turn over after
3 minutes.
Boil Bratwurst in beer for another 10 minutes.
Drain the Sauerkraut. Mix Sugar and nutmeg in Sauerkraut
to taste.(Seasoned as from an International restaurant-
The best yummy way!)
Serve the Sauerkraut seasoned with nutmeg and sugar
with Bratwurst.

Hamburger patties (85%), Panko Eggplant and Cream of Mushroom soup with corn and basil ...
- Hamburger patties:
Use 85% fat hamburger, stove top
pan cook. Don't pat the patties,
loosley form each ( More juicy this
way). When turn over, lightly pepper.
- Panko Eggplant (serves two):
Dice one half eggplant
into small cubes.
Dice 1/ 3 zucchini into small cubes
brown in olive oil together.
When half way done, put 2 Tablespoons
butter in.
Sprinkle one half of the1/4 cup Kikkoman
Panko crumbs onto eggplant. Stir, sprinkle
rest of Panko onto eggplant, stir in.
Cook a few minutes more to brown the
Panko.
Note: The great feature about Kikkoman Panko
that is it's foil type bag with a zip lock seal which
will keep in the refrigerator for a good amount of
time.
- Cream of Mushroom soup with
corn and Basil:
Put 1/2 can of Campbell's Mushroom soup
in a bowl. Use milk to desired amount.
